Questions About Some Game Mechainics

1. For shiny pokemon, is whether or not the pokemon will be shiny decided when an egg is obtained or when the egg hatches?

2. When you do an event and receive the pokemon from the delivery person and then don't save the game, can you then turn off and on the game and be able to receive it still?

1. When the egg hatches shininess is determined, which is why you can trade it to other games and have it hatch shiny when it wouldn't normally.

Ok then the third question would be if you reset it after receiving the event, would it have a different nature and stats? Or different ability (if it has multiple)

Yeah if you save in front of the delivery girl, then shut your game off each time, it will be different
