Monotype team advice.
Okay so before anyone asks this has nothing to do with the monotype competition.(Has that passed yet?) Me and my friends decided to have a competition in which we would choose our favourite type and make a team based on it. I picked fire. I just wanted some last minute advice for any changes to my team before the match. The others are using water, steel and ghost types. Here is my team:
Charizard X adamant (252 att, 252, spd)
Thunderpunch
dragon claw
dragon dance
roost
Ninetales modest (drought, 252 sp att, 252 spd)
Item heat rock
Sunny day
solarbeam
flamethrower
Torkoal bold (248 hp, 252, def and 8 sp att)
item charti berry
Rapid spin
stealth rock
yawn
flamethrower
houndoom timid (252 hp, 252 sp att)
item leftovers?
fire blast
dark pulse
sunny day
nasty plot
Infernape jolly (iron fist, 252 att, 252 spd)
Item Life orb?
thunderpunch
flare blitz
shadow claw
close combat
volcarona timid (I have no idea what to go for. I like the idea of bulky but I would also like a hard hitter)
item: pascho berry
sunny day
fierydance
giga drain
hurricane
This team has been tailored in order to help defend against specific types which is why it doesn't have complete coverage and is probably sup par if I put into normal competitive. Anyway I was just wondering if you have any additions or changes you might make to make this team better suited to fighting steel, water, and ghost types.

Could you please include natures and items please.

Also Hurricane has like a 50% chance to hit in Sunlight so I wouldn't recommend that

ah yes sorry about natures as for items I haven't quite finalised but I'll put some draft versions up.
Edit:
fixed it up. I decided to have hurricane in case the water used rain dance or something, I could remove it and add in roost for added bulkiness but I don't think it could survive a good hit in order to use roost unless I bulk up its stats.

Okay I'd give Will o Wisp or Roar to Ninetales. Will o Wisp to burn any physical attackers or roar to get rid of pokemon that like to set up. I like the Charizard set, it's very similar to my own. I'd recommend putting Lefies on Torkoal. And then you could put Life Orb on Houndoom and then Choice Band/Scarf on Infernape. I'd recommend a Focus Sash for Volcarona. Seeing as those Steel types can carry rock moves. Also I'd get rid of Sunny Day for Bug Buzz or Quiver Dance.

Thank you so much for your help. I'm not sure I like the choice band or scarf, being locked into a certain move doesn't sound too good to me. Is it really worth it? I suppose it's better than losing health.
