looking for a shedinja or nincada with mimic

As the title says i am looking for a shedinja or nincada that knows mimic, i know it's real hard to get due to having to transfer it all the way up from a gen 3 fire red or leaf green game so i'm offering a lv100 5iv contrary shuckle. the shuckle's stats and move set are as fallows.

he is good in a trick room team and made for high damage sweeps, though he is a real glass cannon he has taken out whole teams before. If you have a Mimic Shedinja or Nincada i would love to trade you. Lastly i must emphasis that the Nincada or Shedinja must not be a hack i plan to use this in the league so it has to be a legal non hacked pokemon

Q. Wouldn't it be illegal to use as it wont have the blue pentagon?
