    RNG?

    A little while ago a friend of mine kept going on and on about RNGing shiny pokemon. He said it was a way of obtaining legit shiny pokemon through frameing or something like that.He also told me that it was really complicated to do. So what I want to know is if RNGing shiny pokemon actually works. If so does anybody actually do this? He also was able to get a shiny snivy using this method

    It does work and it is legit! I rng on 4th gen. If you want more info about it type "rng abuse" into Google and click on the Smogon website!
