Not sure if you need more than 1, but I know where you can find/hunt for a couple items.

Metal Coat: @ New Mauville for ORAS (I forgot where x-x) and on Skarmony (Route 113 using DexNav to see their held item, thats where I hunt for Metal Coat)

Deep Sea Scale/Tooth: I actually had to look this one up cuz I needed them as well. Both items can be from in XY at Azure Bay. Judging by the many names, you have both XY? Not sure in ORAS since I haven't tried looking for it cuz I restarted my game.
