Can someone evolve my Eevee into a Leafeon?

Hello,

I've been looking for someone to evolve my Eevee into a Leafeon because I recently restarted my game and if I'm correct, I can't get to the forest area until I am pretty much ready for the E4, and I only have 1 badge. Any help would be nice and I hope someone can help!

Sure sure! I don't mind helping! Are you using X & Y or ORAS? If it's ORAS you can actually reach the rock as early as after the first gym leader o:
