RNG Help Please Help

Hi guys. I need help abusing my RNG to get a shiny lugia in my Soul Silver game. I can give you my Secret ID, and the Iv's of a shiny pokemon I caught legitly in my SS game. I will give you all the info you need. I just can use the program because I do not have the right Windows. Please Help. I can give you shinys in ether gen for your help. Just please help.

Smogons material always confused me. The complete dissembly and dissection of a game meant purely for enjoyment seems unnecessary.

I agree. I understand RNG to hatch shiny eggs in D/P/Pl, but not for shiny encounters

You'll probably have more luck soft resetting for a shiny legendary.
