My friend was nice enough to give me a shiny ditto with 6ivs that's shiny; but sadly it isn't foreign.

I'm not offering a ditto to trade but for any other people reading who could potentially trade you a 6 IV ditto, it may be a good idea to say if the one you're trading is one that has been hyper trained or not, as if it has been, the IVs can't be passed down.
