4-6 IV ditto

What's the best way to get one? You can't actually breed ditto can you..?

Ditto can't be bred. Only thing you can do is SOS chain Ditto and after 30 SOS calls you should get 4IV Dittos. Then you can farm the dittos and then breed with your mons.

I have also done several Ditto chains up to 30 and have gotten 4 IVs on all of them

If I get one from chaining will someone trade me one of theirs? I need one for shiny breeding but I want my shinies to have good stats. So I need one from a different country than mine. I'm ENG on my dittos.
