For those in North America, Pokemon has teamed up with Walmart stores to bring a special promotion. If you purchase a copy of Pokemon X & Y in Walmart stores, you will receive a one time use serial code to obtain either a Garchomp (X), or Scizor (Y). This event ends June 30, 2014.

Also, starting tomorrow, it appears that Nintendo is releasing a special 2DS bundle with Pokemon X or Y already preloaded onto it. The bundle is currently said to sell for $150.
