It's been a long time coming but if you don't know already, the PokeBall Vivillion Event is now live on the Mystery Gift Section of Pokemon X and Y. Go grab your Vivillion before it runs out!


For those of you who live in Europe and are going to preorder Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, it has been announced there are limited edition versions available, which instead of having a traditional 3DS case, will instead have a Steelbook case. On the outside of each case depicts the game's legendary mascot while on the inside depicting both legendary Pokemon locked in combat! You can also receive a Primal Groudon Figurine or Primal Kyogre Figurine or both if you preorder the Steelbook edition of the games.

If you live in Australia or New Zealand you can also get these figurines through preordering their respective games, however there is no current word on if the Steelbook Limited Editions will head there. Also there is no current word on preorder bonuses for any countries outside these areas as of yet.
It has been revealed that Japan is to receive a Shiny Gengar event. This event provides a Shiny Gengar as part of their "White Gengar" promotion for Halloween. This Gengar is Level 25, comes in a Dusk Ball, and has the moves Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave (a move not normally learned by Gengar or it's previous evolutions), Confuse Ray and Astonish. It comes holding the Gengarite. This Gengar is being given at various, currently unconfirmed, stores across Japan from September 13th to October 14th.
