    English Pokemon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 owners can expect a Level 100 Deoxys from May 8th to May 31st. The distribution will be over WiFi.

    UPDATE: The latest information we're getting is that the distribution will be for Black 2 and White 2 only. We'll keep you informed as we find out more.

      This is good and surprising news. I believe Deoxys has never been given out in Australia.

      YES! YES! YES! YES! its about bloody time they made a Deoxys wifi event I've wanted a legit Deoxys for THREE! years now and I'm about to get one super happy face

      wait a second why would they release a Deoxys out of the blue for no reason UNLESS maybe in pokemon x and y it gets some kind of new form or has some involvement in a part of the game like Celibi did in black and white just a thought??????

      They release events like this sporadically. Obviously gives those who didn't get one (like yourself) an another opportunity. I'm definitely sure it has nothing to do with gen 6, and I'll bet a Shaymin will be out in the coming months as well.

      It may have had something to do with the new card deck coming out soon. Why they chose Deoxys out of the other legendary Pokemon in the deck- I have no idea.

      DejaVu is right, it's probably a TCG promotion event. Similiar to the Darkrai event for BW.
      They probably picked Deoxys because there already was a Deoxys event in Japan and it's in the new set, so yeah.
      Now I'm hoping that the next event is a Mew/Celebi event ^^
      Can't wait for Deoxys

      I think they need a Manaphy event. The ways to obtain Manaphy were not well advertised (in my opinion. TRU event and through Pokemon Ranger event).

      I was worried I had missed out on English events. I better trade off my Deoxys's before everyone gets one.

      The original release of this information listed all Gen V games (Black/White/Black 2 and White 2) however the latest press release I just got only lists Black 2 and White 2.

      Unfortunately, I'd consider the B2/W2 only the real game list rather than all of them.
