The unevolved forms have top-priority.
I have a shiny Abra and Gyarados, so I will turn down Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, and Gyarados.

Aside from those, shiny Legendaries are next on my list.

If all-else fails, any other shinies would be neat, as long as they catch my eye.
