Other Information It's been 4 months after my little sister's birthday has passed and I still hasn't give her a gift until now.I promised her to give her a shiny Female Fennekin as her gift and I still don't have it until now ._.

The Fennekin should be Modest and with perfect IV's at least at Sp.Atk and Speed
