Other Information Here's the deal. This here is a Sing/Recital Piplup. I will proudly announce it is NOT legit. But has been worked on so extensively in the PokeGen program, it is impossible to tell apart from the real thing. I spent hours of my time developing and perfecting this little guy. I would like proper events, but I know that may not be an option due to the non-legitimacy of this specific Pokemon. But I'd like you to consider that these events are rare outside of Japan, so just bare that in mind.
