Other Information It is a Japanese Event Volcanion, in a Cherish Ball, that I received over Wonder Trade.
It is hacked, thanks to {@venxhero}'s insight.

I'm mainly looking for legit Events (Hoopa), legit Event Shinies (Legendary Johto Dog Trio) or legit Shiny Legendaries.
I will consider hacked Shiny Legends as well.

Since it is hacked, it can be traded over GTS and Wonder Trade, so you pretty much can trade this to anyone wanting a Volcanion.

I will also consider multiple non-Legendary Shinies for this as well, with Shiny starters having the highest priority.
