Other Information So I'm wanting extremely badly to get a Japanese event Pikachu that knows fly and surf

It's fine if it's not holding the item I could care less.

But I want it to know fly and surf ; u ;

I would prefer it untouched but eh you get what you get~

I already have one that knows surf ( it's the legit event ; 3 ; )

Don't ask for a shiny hoopa or most event pokemon for that matter shiny. They are locked so even if I had them I couldn't trade them.
