Other Information I was half expecting this to be a Regenerator/Dream Ball Shiny Ho-Oh from B/W, but it's in a Master Ball, without HA, and is from the Johto region.
Pretty sure it's hacked as Ho-Oh learns Sacred Fire at Level 43 and this particular one already knows it.
