It has 31 IV's in HP, Sp.Atk and Speed.
It was caught 11.25.2011, that's the only thing that seems weird to me about it. It might just be that the original trainer has their DS settings a little derped up. Caught in Trackless Forest, has the blue pentagon, normal Pokéball.

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for to trade for it, but I won't be trading it for a zigzagoon :P
