Lookin for shiny pokemon that can mega evolve such as: charmander, bulbasaur, squirtle etc.
They don't have to be fully evolved as long as its shiny

Auto wins are: shiny ralts, shiny charmander, shiny bulbasuar, or shiny squirtle.

I will also consider just shinys in general as long as they're a decent trade. So that means no rattatas, bidoofs, patrats etc.

Auto wins for just shinys in general are: shiny starter pokemon, shiny eevee, or shiny honedge.
