I got this Shiny Altaria via GTS. I kinda forgot that I actually HAVE HAD a shiny Altaria since 2010 (How silly of me). I'm a very easy person to negotiate with as long as you read the requirements below.

This is a Pokemon I got from the GTS, however, it was caught in the Pokemon Dream Radar (Nintendo 3DS app). I have the app and I use it everyday; I -personally- never obtained a shiny Pokemon with it. Either it's a hack, legit, or the OT was a lucky dude, I don't have a clue.
