Other Information This is a training ready Drilbur I bred myself with three perfect IV's. Excadrill is in Ubers for a reason ladies and gentlemen, and that reason is the ability Sand Rush, which doubles it's speed in a sandstorm, allowing it to outrun just about everything short od Deoxys.

With this ability, a Jolly nature which promotes speed, and three perfect IV's, all this Drilbur needs is EV training and he's ready to go to a competition.
