Legal = pokÃ©mon has been edited by an external program but could have occurred naturally in the game anyway
Hacked = pokÃ©mon is unable to occur naturally in the game (ex: spiritomb with wonder guard)

What I can do:

2)Clone any pokÃ©mon (cloned pokemon will become Legal)
3)Edit IV's and EV's
4)Make any pokÃ©mon shiny w/ valid PID (will become Legal)
